With diners looking for many choices today, what’s better than Southern comfort food bringing family recipes and new creations to Stafford County? Following wonderful success opening in Fredericksburg, owners Kelly and Nick Hunt open their second Mason-Dixon Café at 11 Hope Road, Suite 115, just north of the County Courthouse.
“Our Stafford customers and friends love our Fredericksburg café, so we hope they’ll love us more now that we’re finally here,” said Kelly Hunt. “Our “soft opening” to train new staff left us amazed at the audience we attracted.”
The café offers “all-day” breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend “brunch”. The menu “classics” include Shrimp & Grits, Crab Cakes, Southern Fried Chicken, “Best Ever Meatloaf,” Fried Pork Chops w/Boozy Apples, and much more.
“Mason-Dixon Café brings a classic Southern dining experience and creative twists on old favorites, with a focus on quality ingredients,” stated Vice Chairman of the Board of Supervisors Meg Bohmke, Falmouth District. “We welcome the opening of Kelly and Nick’s family-owned business.”
