RFP for Destination Stafford is available NOW.
The development of Destination Stafford will take decades. However, through innovative partnerships Destination Stafford will begin to take shape in the coming 2-5 years. Fountain Park began its development in 2021. At the same time, the County, the Department of Economic Development, and the Planning Departments are working with other property owners and developers seeking to become a part of Destination Stafford.
